In the section, you can see the request details like Numeric identification, the tag associated with the product that the request was raised for, the status of the service request - open/in progress/closed/resolved and the date of creation
On clicking 'Show' you can see the details of the request - issue, pictures, audio notes, other necessary details
Under the ticket number, the open window will show all the messages that were sent by the user through the chatbot and the 'type a message' button will let you respond to those messages.
Once resolved/tended to, the ticked status can be updated from the 'Status' Dropdown to a relevant status.
